WHAT IS A PROPERTY FINDER ?

A property finder will act on the client’s behalf to find the perfect property.

BEYOND MI will search for properties until we find the right one for you.

We will only show you those meeting the requirements you have stated in your initial consultation.

We will gather all the information, videos and photos to offer advice and guidance in subsequent consultations.

As your representative in Portugal, we will act on your behalf to get the best outcome,  saving you travel time and unnecessary expenses.

HOW IT WORKS ?

The First step will be through email, video call or WhatsApp. We can do it online or in person. In this first consultation, we will try to understand your needs, goals and specifications.

Once we identify your goals, we will start to search for the property. We will use different information channels that allow us to identify the right property. During the search, we will present various options and provide guidance to support your final decision.

Negotiating with the seller and all involved parties is a dedicated process that has a considerable bearing on our collective success.  In a competitive market, we strive to attain the most favourable deposit that grants us exclusivity in the deal and facilitates a smooth conveyancing process.

 If everything is in order, we can advance to request a promissory contract from the seller with  all the crucial points of the sale. 

If all parties agree on the contract, you have to pay a percentage of the sale price that varies from 10% to 60%.

This is the last step of the purchase process. The final details are settled, the property will be registered under your name, and you will be the new owner.
